Services
The GPWC offers a number of different services to anyone who would like help with writing. Whether you bring in a polished draft of a dissertation or a brand new cover letter for a job application, the GPWC is able to help. If you do not see a specific type of service that you would like, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
One-to-One Meeting
The main service offered is a one-to-one meeting between you and one of our trained facilitators. If you would like to schedule one of these meetings please visit wsu.mywconline.com, register an account, and sign up for a time slot.

Virtual Meetings
If you are a student not located on Pullman campus then there are some options available for you. At this point, because of our limited staff, we do have a large virtual presence - though we can accomodate some virtual meetings.

​Open Editing Hours
If you are looking for help mostly on issues like word choice, sentence construction, or copy editing. Bring 5 pages of your document by our Open Editing Hours for a drop in appointment. Open Editing hours change by semester - check the official webpage for up to date information.
As Open Editing Hours operate on a drop-in, first come-frist serve basis. To check availability/the number of people in line at Open Editing Hours, feel free to call GPWC, during Open Editing Hours only, at 509-335-3413.
Additional Services
The GPWC is also happy to help your writing in any other way possible; whether you would like to start a writing group, have a GPWC facilitator speak at your department meeting, or set up some other type of writing help. Please do not hesitate to ask about additional options.
The GPWC also offers services outside of the regular tutorial setting. If you would like to inquire about other methods of writing assistance, please do not hesitate to email us.
Freelance Editors
If you are looking to hire a qualified individual to copyedit a document the GPWC does have a list of such editors. These individuals will charge for their services and are in no way affiliated with the GPWC.
